Key Responsibilities
- Manage and maintain candidate data within our Applicant Tracking System (ATS), ensuring accuracy and compliance.
- Coordinate and schedule interviews between candidates, recruiters, and hiring managers, handling all logistical details.
- Draft and send professional candidate correspondence, including interview confirmations, rejection notices, and offer letters.
- Assist recruiters with candidate sourcing efforts, utilizing various job boards, professional networks, and our internal database.
- Conduct initial resume screening against predefined criteria to identify qualified candidates.
- Support the onboarding process by preparing necessary documentation and coordinating with relevant departments.
- Participate in ad-hoc recruitment projects and process improvement initiatives.
- Provide administrative support to the HR team, including data entry, report generation, and presentation preparation.
- Maintain strict confidentiality of all sensitive information related to candidates and employees.
- Proactively identify areas for improvement in our recruitment processes and suggest solutions.
Required Skills
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook) or Google Workspace.
