Key Responsibilities
- Safely load, unload, stack, and move crates, packages, and materials manually or using appropriate equipment.
- Verify incoming and outgoing shipments against packing lists or manifests for accuracy and report discrepancies.
- Inspect crates and goods for damage upon arrival and document any issues.
- Organize and maintain a clean, safe, and orderly warehouse environment.
- Adhere strictly to all company safety policies and procedures, including proper lifting techniques and equipment operation.
- Assist with inventory counts and participate in stock rotation as required.
- Operate manual pallet jacks and hand trucks efficiently and safely.
- Work collaboratively with team members to ensure efficient workflow and meet operational targets.
- Perform other duties as assigned by the Warehouse Supervisor.
