Career.zycto is seeking a dedicated and proactive Land Agent to join our expanding team in Höchst, Frankfurt am Main. This pivotal full-time role involves comprehensive land acquisition strategies, from initial research and site identification to complex negotiations and successful deal closures. You will be instrumental in driving our growth by securing land for various residential, commercial, and mixed-use projects.
As a Land Agent, you will be the face of Career.zycto, building and maintaining strong relationships with landowners, brokers, local authorities, and other key stakeholders. Your day-to-day will involve meticulous market analysis, due diligence, feasibility studies, and presenting compelling proposals. Key Responsibilities
- Identify, research, and evaluate potential land acquisition opportunities aligned with company strategy.
- Conduct comprehensive due diligence, including site surveys, zoning analysis, environmental assessments, and legal reviews.
- Initiate and maintain strong relationships with landowners, agents, local authorities, and community representatives.
- Lead and negotiate land purchase agreements, ensuring favorable terms and conditions for Career.zycto.
- Prepare detailed financial analyses, feasibility studies, and acquisition proposals for internal review.
- Monitor market trends, competitor activities, and regulatory changes within the real estate sector.
- Collaborate closely with internal development, legal, and finance teams throughout the acquisition process.
- Manage all documentation related to land acquisitions, ensuring accuracy and compliance.
- Represent Career.zycto at industry events, conferences, and community meetings.
Required Skills
- Minimum of 4 years of experience in land acquisition, real estate development, or related fields.
- Proven track record of successful land identification and negotiation.
- Strong understanding of German real estate law, planning regulations, and local market dynamics.
- Exceptional negotiation and persuasion skills.
- Excellent communication, interpersonal, and presentation abilities.
- Proficiency in market research and financial analysis.
- Ability to work autonomously and manage multiple projects simultaneously.
- Fluent in German and English (written and spoken).
Preferred Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Real Estate, Business Administration, Urban Planning, or a related field.
