Key Responsibilities
- Provide expert-level technical support, troubleshooting, and issue resolution for Palantir's software platforms.
- Conduct in-depth analysis of user-reported issues, identifying root causes and implementing effective solutions.
- Develop and deliver comprehensive product training and documentation to empower users and client teams.
- Collaborate with engineering and product teams to escalate complex technical bugs and advocate for product enhancements based on user feedback.
- Monitor system performance and proactively identify potential issues or areas for optimization.
- Assist in the configuration and deployment of Palantir platforms for new and existing clients.
- Participate in product testing and validation processes to ensure quality and functionality.
- Maintain up-to-date knowledge of product features, updates, and best practices.
- Manage multiple support inquiries concurrently, prioritizing based on impact and urgency.
Required Skills
- 3+ years of experience in a technical support, product specialist, or solutions engineering role within a software company.
- Strong technical acumen with experience in complex software systems, data platforms, or analytics tools.
- Proficiency in SQL and experience with relational databases.
- Excellent problem-solving skills and an ability to think critically under pressure.
- Superior verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to explain technical concepts clearly to non-technical audiences.
