Career.zycto is seeking a highly motivated and experienced HR Consultant to join our dynamic team in a hybrid capacity, serving clients primarily in the Downtown San Jose area. In this pivotal role, you will leverage your expertise to provide comprehensive HR guidance and solutions to a diverse portfolio of clients, ranging from startups to established enterprises.

This is more than just a job; it’s an opportunity to partner with organizations, understand their unique challenges, and craft bespoke HR strategies that foster growth, enhance employee engagement, and ensure compliance. While much of the work can be done remotely, the ‘hybrid’ nature of this role requires regular on-site client visits within the San Jose area and periodic in-office collaboration with the Career.zycto team to foster strong relationships and alignment. You’ll be instrumental in shaping workplace culture, implementing best practices, and advising on complex HR matters. If you are ready to elevate your career and make a significant impact across multiple organizations, we encourage you to apply.
