Key Responsibilities
- Warmly greet and assist guests, responding to inquiries and providing directions or information about resort amenities.
- Perform meticulous cleaning and preparation of guest rooms, common areas, and resort facilities to ensure impeccable standards of hygiene and presentation.
- Support food and beverage services, including setting up dining areas, assisting with meal service, and clearing tables.
- Assist with the setup and breakdown of resort events, conferences, and special functions.
