Key Responsibilities
- Perform a variety of cleaning activities such as sweeping, mopping, dusting, polishing, and vacuuming, ensuring all assigned areas are kept in an immaculate condition.
- Clean and sanitize bathrooms, kitchens, and other facilities, adhering strictly to health and safety standards.
- Empty waste bins, transport waste and recyclable materials to designated collection points.
- Replenish supplies such as toiletries, linens, and cleaning products as needed.
- Notify management of any damages, deficiencies, or maintenance issues observed during cleaning duties.
- Operate and maintain cleaning equipment responsibly and safely.
- Adhere to all safety guidelines and protocols, including proper handling and storage of cleaning chemicals.
- Ensure confidentiality and privacy of guests or residents in residential or hospitality settings.
Required Skills
- Proven experience as a cleaner or housekeeper (even without formal employment, relevant personal experience counts).
- Ability to work with little supervision and maintain a high level of performance.
- Excellent time management and organizational skills.
- Knowledge of cleaning chemicals and supplies, and their proper use.
- Physical ability to lift, bend, stand, and move furniture as required.
