Key Responsibilities
- Develop and implement creative visual merchandising strategies that align with brand guidelines and promotional calendars.
- Execute product displays, store layouts, and window arrangements to maximize visual appeal and drive customer engagement.
- Monitor and analyze sales performance, adjusting merchandising displays and product placement to optimize sales and inventory turnover.
- Collaborate with store management and sales teams to ensure effective implementation of merchandising plans and maintain store standards.
- Conduct regular store visits to assess merchandising effectiveness, provide feedback, and support on-site teams with display execution.
- Stay informed about current market trends, competitor activities, and industry best practices in visual merchandising.
- Manage and maintain display fixtures, props, and signage, ensuring they are in excellent condition and reflect brand quality.
- Assist with inventory management and stock replenishment to ensure products are readily available and properly displayed.
Required Skills
- Proven experience as a Merchandiser or in a similar visual merchandising role.
- Exceptional creativity and an eye for design, aesthetics, and detail.
- Strong understanding of retail principles, product placement, and customer flow.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a dynamic retail environment.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to collaborate with various stakeholders.
- Proficiency in basic visual merchandising software or tools (e.g., planogram software) is a plus.
- Physical ability to lift and move merchandise, and set up displays.
