Key Responsibilities
- Accurately pick and retrieve products from warehouse shelves according to order specifications.
- Verify items against pick lists to ensure correct quantity, type, and quality.
- Prepare orders for shipment by packing, labelling, and wrapping them securely.
- Assist with loading and unloading delivery vehicles, ensuring proper handling of goods.
- Organize and maintain the cleanliness and orderliness of warehouse aisles and storage areas.
- Perform regular inventory counts and assist in reconciling discrepancies.
- Operate basic warehouse equipment safely, such as pallet jacks or hand trucks, if required.
- Adhere strictly to all company safety policies and procedures, including wearing personal protective equipment.
- Report any damaged products, equipment malfunctions, or safety hazards immediately.
- Collaborate effectively with team members and supervisors to ensure smooth warehouse operations.
Required Skills
- Strong attention to detail and accuracy in picking and packing.
- Ability to read, write, and understand basic instructions in English.
- Physical stamina and capability to lift and move heavy items (up to 25 kg) repetitively.
- Ability to stand, walk, bend, and reach for extended periods.
