Key Responsibilities

  • Provide comprehensive administrative support to the operations team and other departments as needed.
  • Manage office supplies inventory, ensuring adequate stock levels and placing orders as required.
  • Assist with scheduling meetings, preparing meeting rooms, and organizing company events.
  • Perform accurate data entry and maintain various databases and filing systems (digital and physical).
  • Handle incoming and outgoing correspondence, including emails, calls, and packages.
  • Support the onboarding process for new hires by preparing workspaces and necessary documentation.
  • Assist in preparing reports, presentations, and other documents.
  • Coordinate with external vendors and service providers.
  • Contribute to maintaining a clean, organized, and efficient office environment.
  • Undertake special projects and ad-hoc tasks as assigned by management.

Required Skills

  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook, PowerPoint).
