Key Responsibilities
- Develop and execute comprehensive communication strategies across press and digital channels.
- Draft, edit, and distribute compelling press releases, media advisories, articles, and other PR materials.
- Cultivate and maintain strong relationships with journalists, editors, and key media influencers.
- Manage and grow Career.zycto's social media presence across platforms (LinkedIn, X, Facebook, Instagram), including content creation, scheduling, and engagement.
- Create and curate engaging digital content for the company website, blog, email newsletters, and other online platforms.
- Monitor media coverage, social media trends, and competitor activities, providing regular reports and insights.
- Assist in crisis communication planning and rapid response management as required.
- Support internal communications initiatives to ensure consistent messaging across the organisation.
- Collaborate with marketing, sales, and product teams to ensure alignment of communication efforts with broader business goals.
- Track and analyse the effectiveness of communication campaigns, making data-driven recommendations for improvement.
Required Skills
- Exceptional written and verbal communication skills with a strong command of English grammar and style.
- Proven experience in media relations, including pitching stories and building reporter relationships.
- Demonstrable expertise in managing and growing professional social media channels.
