Key Responsibilities
- Perform thorough cleaning of all restaurant areas, including dining rooms, kitchens, restrooms, and storage areas.
- Clean and sanitize kitchen equipment, work surfaces, floors, and other high-touch points.
- Empty waste bins, replace liners, and ensure proper disposal of waste.
- Sweep, mop, and vacuum floors regularly to maintain cleanliness and prevent slip hazards.
- Clean windows, mirrors, and other glass surfaces to a streak-free standard.
- Replenish supplies such as soap, paper towels, and toilet paper in restrooms.
