Key Responsibilities
- Greet and assist customers in a friendly and professional manner, identifying their needs and recommending appropriate products.
- Process sales transactions accurately and efficiently using the point-of-sale (POS) system.
- Maintain a clean, organized, and visually appealing sales floor, including merchandising and restocking shelves.
- Monitor inventory levels, report discrepancies, and assist with stock counts.
- Handle customer inquiries, complaints, and returns with patience and problem-solving skills.
