Mazowe Citrus Estates is seeking an experienced and visionary Director of Digital Innovation to lead our strategic digital transformation initiatives. Key Responsibilities
- Develop and execute a comprehensive digital innovation strategy aligned with the company's overall business objectives.
- Identify, evaluate, and pilot emerging technologies (e.g., IoT, AI, machine learning, blockchain, drones) relevant to agribusiness and citrus production.
- Lead the design, development, and implementation of digital solutions to optimize farming operations, supply chain management, and operational efficiency.
- Drive data analytics initiatives to generate actionable insights for decision-making across cultivation, harvesting, processing, and distribution.
- Foster a culture of innovation and digital literacy across the organization, providing training and mentorship.
- Collaborate closely with various departments, including operations, sales, marketing, and finance, to ensure seamless integration of digital tools and processes.
- Manage and oversee digital innovation projects from conception to completion, ensuring timely delivery and adherence to budget.
- Establish and monitor key performance indicators (KPIs) for digital initiatives to measure impact and return on investment.
- Stay abreast of industry trends, technological advancements, and competitive landscape in agribusiness and digital innovation.

Required Skills
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Engineering, Business Administration, or a related field.
- Minimum of 10 years of progressive experience in digital transformation, innovation, or technology leadership roles.
- Proven track record of successfully conceptualizing, developing, and deploying digital solutions that drive business value.
- Strong understanding of emerging technologies (AI, ML, IoT, blockchain, cloud computing) and their application in enterprise environments.
- Experience in data analytics, business intelligence, and leveraging data for strategic decision-making.
- Excellent strategic thinking, problem-solving, and analytical skills.
