Key Responsibilities
- Assist senior scientists in conducting experiments and research activities following established protocols.
- Prepare reagents, solutions, and samples accurately and precisely according to standard operating procedures (SOPs).
- Operate, calibrate, and perform routine maintenance on laboratory equipment, including basic troubleshooting.
- Execute routine laboratory tasks such as glassware washing, sterilization, and proper waste disposal.
- Record and document experimental data, observations, and results meticulously in lab notebooks or electronic systems.
- Ensure strict compliance with all safety regulations and maintain a clean, organized, and safe work environment.
- Monitor and manage laboratory supplies and inventory, assisting with ordering as needed.
- Perform basic analysis of experimental data under the guidance of senior team members.
- Contribute to the development and optimization of new laboratory protocols and procedures.
Required Skills
