Career.zycto is seeking a highly organized, professional, and friendly Administrative Officer to manage our front office operations in Englewood, Colorado. This pivotal role serves as the first point of contact for clients, candidates, and visitors, setting the tone for their experience with our company. Key Responsibilities

  • Serve as the primary point of contact for all incoming visitors, clients, and candidates, providing a professional and welcoming reception.
  • Manage the main reception area, ensuring it is tidy, organized, and presentable at all times.
  • Answer and direct phone calls, emails, and inquiries promptly and professionally.
  • Schedule and coordinate meetings, appointments, and conference room bookings for staff and clients.
  • Handle incoming and outgoing mail, packages, and deliveries.
  • Maintain office supply inventory, place orders, and manage vendor relationships for office necessities.
  • Assist with data entry, file management (both physical and digital), and document preparation.
  • Provide administrative support to various departments, including preparing reports, presentations, and correspondence.
  • Oversee office equipment maintenance and troubleshoot minor issues.
  • Assist in organizing company events, workshops, and internal gatherings.
  • Ensure compliance with office safety and security procedures.
  • Manage office petty cash and process expense reports as required.
  • Perform other ad-hoc administrative duties as assigned by management.

Required Skills

  • Minimum of 2 years of experience in an administrative, front office, or executive assistant role.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook, PowerPoint).
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
  • Strong organizational and time management abilities with a high level of attention to detail.
  • Ability to multitask, prioritize work, and meet deadlines in a dynamic environment.
