Key Responsibilities
- Manage and maintain accurate employee records and HR databases (e.g., personnel files, leave requests, timesheets).
- Assist with the end-to-end recruitment process, including posting job ads, screening resumes, scheduling interviews, and communicating with candidates.
- Support the onboarding and offboarding processes for employees, ensuring a smooth transition experience.
- Prepare HR-related documentation such as employment contracts, new hire packets, and termination letters.
- Assist in the preparation of payroll by providing relevant employee data (e.g., absences, bonuses, new hires).
- Coordinate and schedule employee training sessions, workshops, and company events.
- Respond to employee inquiries regarding HR policies, benefits, and procedures.
- Support HR projects and initiatives as assigned by the HR Manager.
- Ensure compliance with German labor laws and company policies.
- Maintain strict confidentiality of all HR-related information and sensitive data.
Required Skills
- Proven experience (min. 1 year) in an administrative or HR support role.
- Excellent organizational and time management skills with a strong attention to detail.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook).
- Strong verbal and written communication skills in German and English.
- Ability to handle confidential information with discretion and integrity.
- Proactive attitude and ability to work independently as well as part of a team.
