Key Responsibilities

  • Cultivate and maintain strong, long-term relationships with key client stakeholders through proactive engagement.
  • Understand client business objectives, challenges, and aspirations to identify opportunities for Capita's services.
  • Act as the primary point of contact for assigned clients, ensuring timely and effective resolution of inquiries and issues.
  • Develop and present tailored service proposals and solutions that align with client needs and drive value.
  • Conduct regular client reviews, performance reporting, and strategic planning sessions via virtual platforms.
  • Collaborate internally with sales, project management, and delivery teams to ensure seamless service execution and client satisfaction.
  • Identify and pursue cross-selling and up-selling opportunities within existing client accounts.
  • Stay informed about industry trends, competitor activities, and client-specific developments to provide informed advice.

Required Skills

  • Proven experience in client relationship management or account management, preferably in a remote setting.
  • Exceptional verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to articulate complex information clearly.
  • Strong understanding of business processes and service delivery models.
  • Proficiency in CRM software (e.g., Salesforce) and virtual collaboration tools (e.g., Microsoft Teams, Zoom).
