Key Responsibilities
- Coordinate and monitor supply chain operations, ensuring efficient flow from inbound to outbound logistics.
- Plan and track the shipment of final products according to customer requirements.
- Oversee warehouse activities, including inventory management, stock control, and order fulfillment.
- Prepare accurate shipping documentation, including invoices, packing lists, and customs forms.
- Communicate effectively with suppliers, customers, and internal teams regarding shipment status and potential delays.
- Resolve issues that arise from transportation, logistics systems, and customer inquiries.
- Utilize logistics software to track shipments, manage inventory, and optimize routes.
- Ensure compliance with all local and international shipping regulations and company policies.
- Contribute to continuous improvement initiatives to enhance operational efficiency and reduce costs.
- Maintain precise records of all logistics activities and generate reports for management review.
Required Skills
- Proven experience as a Logistics Coordinator or in a similar role (minimum 2 years).
- Solid understanding of supply chain management principles and warehouse operations.
- Proficiency in logistics software (e.g., ERP systems, WMS, TMS).
