Key Responsibilities

  • Coordinate and monitor supply chain operations, ensuring efficient flow from inbound to outbound logistics.
  • Plan and track the shipment of final products according to customer requirements.
  • Oversee warehouse activities, including inventory management, stock control, and order fulfillment.
  • Prepare accurate shipping documentation, including invoices, packing lists, and customs forms.
  • Communicate effectively with suppliers, customers, and internal teams regarding shipment status and potential delays.
  • Resolve issues that arise from transportation, logistics systems, and customer inquiries.
  • Utilize logistics software to track shipments, manage inventory, and optimize routes.
  • Ensure compliance with all local and international shipping regulations and company policies.
  • Contribute to continuous improvement initiatives to enhance operational efficiency and reduce costs.
  • Maintain precise records of all logistics activities and generate reports for management review.

Required Skills

  • Proven experience as a Logistics Coordinator or in a similar role (minimum 2 years).
  • Solid understanding of supply chain management principles and warehouse operations.
  • Proficiency in logistics software (e.g., ERP systems, WMS, TMS).
  • Strong organizational and time-management skills.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.
  • Adept at problem-solving and decision-making under pressure.
  • Attention to detail and accuracy in all tasks.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.

Preferred Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree in Supply Chain Management, Logistics, Business Administration, or a related field.
