Key Responsibilities
- Operate and maintain various industrial sewing machines (e.g., single needle, overlock, twin needle) with precision and efficiency.
- Interpret and follow technical drawings, patterns, and production specifications accurately.
- Perform diverse sewing operations, including joining, hemming, topstitching, and applying closures, on a range of materials.
- Conduct continuous quality checks on all sewn components to ensure adherence to company standards and minimize defects.
- Identify and report any machine malfunctions or quality issues promptly to supervisors.
- Manage fabric consumption efficiently to minimize waste.
- Adhere strictly to all health and safety regulations within the workplace.
- Collaborate effectively with production team members to ensure smooth workflow and meet production targets.
- Maintain a clean, organized, and safe workstation.
