Key Responsibilities
- Efficiently and carefully harvest various crops according to established procedures and quality standards.
- Inspect harvested produce for quality, sorting and discarding any substandard items.
- Package crops appropriately for transport, ensuring minimal damage.
- Operate basic harvesting tools and equipment safely and effectively.
- Follow all farm safety guidelines and protocols.
- Work collaboratively with other team members to meet harvesting targets.
- Maintain a clean and organized work area.
- Adhere to crop-specific handling instructions to preserve freshness and quality.
Required Skills
- Physical stamina and ability to perform repetitive tasks, including bending, lifting (up to 25 kg), and standing for long periods.
