Key Responsibilities
- Actively scout and identify emerging musical artists across various genres through live shows, online platforms, and industry networks in the Trimble Crossing/Durango area and beyond.
- Cultivate and maintain strong relationships with artists, managers, producers, promoters, and other key industry contacts.
- Evaluate demo submissions, live performances, and digital content to assess artistic potential, commercial viability, and alignment with company vision.
- Prepare detailed reports and presentations on potential signings, including market analysis, competitive landscape, and proposed artist development strategies.
- Provide creative feedback and guidance to artists on songwriting, production, sound, and overall artistic direction.
- Collaborate with internal teams (marketing, legal, operations) to facilitate artist signings and development.
- Stay abreast of current music trends, industry shifts, and technological advancements to inform scouting and A&R strategies.
- Represent Career.zycto at industry events, showcases, and festivals.
