Key Responsibilities
- Assist the primary nanny or parent with daily childcare routines, including feeding, dressing, and nap times.
- Engage children in age-appropriate educational and recreational activities, such as reading, arts and crafts, outdoor play, and games.
- Supervise children safely during playtime, meals, and outings, ensuring their well-being at all times.
- Help maintain a clean, organized, and safe environment for children, including tidying play areas and children's rooms.
- Prepare light meals and snacks for children, adhering to any dietary restrictions or preferences.
- Support children with homework and school projects as needed.
- Assist with light household duties related to childcare, such as children's laundry or meal prep cleanup.
- Communicate effectively with parents/primary caregivers regarding children's daily activities, progress, and any concerns.
- Administer basic first aid if necessary and follow emergency protocols.
- Foster a positive, encouraging, and respectful atmosphere for children to learn and grow.
Required Skills
- Proven experience working with children (e.g., babysitting, daycare, camp counselor, or previous nanny assistant roles).
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Patience, empathy, and a genuine love for children.
- Ability to plan and execute engaging, age-appropriate activities.
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
- Reliable, punctual, and responsible.
- Ability to handle multiple tasks and adapt to changing situations.
- Basic first aid and CPR certification (or willingness to obtain).

- Valid Class 5 driver's license and access to a reliable vehicle.
