Key Responsibilities
- Conduct thorough market research to identify new business opportunities, industry trends, and competitive landscapes within the HR and recruitment sectors.
- Develop and execute strategic plans for lead generation, client acquisition, and market expansion, focusing on sustainable growth.
- Initiate contact with potential clients through cold calling, networking, email campaigns, and social media to build strong relationships.
- Prepare and deliver compelling presentations and proposals tailored to prospective clients' needs and business objectives.
- Manage the end-to-end sales cycle, from prospecting and qualification to negotiation and closing deals.
- Collaborate with marketing and product development teams to refine service offerings and develop innovative solutions that meet market demands.
- Maintain an accurate CRM database, tracking all sales activities, pipeline status, and client interactions.
- Achieve and exceed quarterly and annual business development targets and key performance indicators (KPIs).

Required Skills
- Proven experience (2+ years) in business development, sales, or account management, with a focus on growth strategy.

- Excellent communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills, with the ability to articulate complex solutions clearly.
- Demonstrated ability to negotiate and close deals, consistently meeting or exceeding targets.
