Key Responsibilities
- Efficiently and safely stack goods onto pallets according to established procedures and product specifications.
- Verify the accuracy of items being stacked, ensuring correct product identification and quantity.
- Operate manual pallet jacks and other material handling equipment safely and effectively after training.
- Assist with loading and unloading trucks as needed, ensuring proper handling of all materials.
- Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work environment, adhering to all company safety guidelines and procedures.
- Report any damaged goods, equipment malfunctions, or safety hazards to a supervisor immediately.
- Collaborate effectively with team members and supervisors to meet daily production goals.
- Perform other general warehouse duties as assigned to support overall operations.
Required Skills
- Ability to lift and move heavy objects regularly (up to 50 lbs.)
- Strong attention to detail and accuracy.
- Excellent hand-eye coordination and manual dexterity.
- Basic understanding of warehouse safety principles (training provided).
