Key Responsibilities
- Accurately pick items from designated warehouse locations according to order specifications.
- Verify product quantity, quality, and item numbers before packaging.
- Operate warehouse equipment safely, such as pallet jacks or hand trucks (with training).
- Prepare orders for shipment, ensuring proper labeling and documentation.
- Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work environment by following 5S principles.
- Adhere to all safety regulations and company policies to ensure a secure workplace.
- Assist with inventory counts and stock rotation as needed to maintain accuracy.
- Report any discrepancies, damaged products, or safety hazards to a supervisor promptly.
- Collaborate effectively with team members to achieve daily productivity and shipping goals.
Required Skills
- Ability to read and understand English instructions, labels, and safety signage.
- Strong attention to detail and accuracy in order fulfillment.
- Reliable and punctual attendance is essential.
- Ability to lift and move up to 50 lbs regularly and safely.
- Capable of standing, walking, bending, and reaching for extended periods.
- Basic math skills for counting, adding, and verification.
- Strong work ethic and a positive, team-oriented attitude.
- Willingness to learn and adapt to new processes and technologies.

- Previous experience in a warehouse, production, or similar physical work environment.
