Key Responsibilities
- Perform general cleaning duties including dusting, vacuuming, mopping, and sweeping of various surfaces.
- Clean and sanitise restrooms, kitchens, and other common areas to the highest standards.
- Empty waste bins and dispose of rubbish in accordance with waste management policies.
- Replenish supplies such as toilet paper, hand soap, and paper towels.
- Clean windows, mirrors, and glass surfaces.
- Polish furniture and fixtures.
- Report any maintenance issues, damage, or safety hazards observed during cleaning.
- Adhere strictly to health and safety regulations, including COSHH guidelines.
- Maintain cleaning equipment in good working order and report any malfunctions.
- Work efficiently and independently to complete assigned tasks within scheduled timeframes.
- Provide exceptional customer service when interacting with clients or guests on premises.
Required Skills
- Proven experience in cleaning, preferably within an office, residential, or hotel environment.
- Knowledge of cleaning chemicals and supplies, and their proper usage.
- Ability to operate standard cleaning equipment (e.g., vacuum cleaners, floor buffers).
- Strong attention to detail and a thorough approach to tasks.
- Reliability and punctuality are essential.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Good physical stamina and mobility to perform cleaning tasks.
- Excellent time management skills.
Preferred Qualifications
