Key Responsibilities

  • Serve as the primary point of contact for clients, providing guidance and support throughout their engagement.
  • Manage a portfolio of cases, ensuring timely and effective coordination of services and resources.
  • Develop and implement individualized action plans based on client needs and program guidelines.
  • Liaise effectively with internal teams, external service providers, and community partners.
  • Maintain accurate and confidential client records, ensuring compliance with all data protection regulations.
  • Monitor case progress, identify potential issues, and proactively implement solutions.
  • Prepare comprehensive reports on case status, outcomes, and challenges.
  • Facilitate communication between all involved parties, ensuring clarity and mutual understanding.
  • Stay informed about relevant policies, procedures, and available resources.

Required Skills

  • Excellent organizational and time management skills.
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills in both German (C1+) and English (C1+).
  • Proven ability to manage multiple cases and conflicting priorities effectively.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook).
  • High level of empathy, patience, and professional discretion.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a collaborative team.
