Key Responsibilities

  • Perform daily cleaning tasks including sweeping, mopping, dusting, vacuuming, and polishing surfaces in patient rooms, offices, waiting areas, and common spaces.
  • Sanitize and disinfect high-touch surfaces, equipment, and fixtures to maintain strict hygiene standards and prevent infection.
  • Empty waste bins, properly dispose of medical and general waste, and ensure waste receptacles are clean and lined.
  • Clean and disinfect restrooms thoroughly, ensuring adequate stocking of supplies such as soap, toilet paper, and paper towels.
  • Replenish supplies in various areas of the facility, including hand sanitizers and other essential items.
  • Monitor inventory of cleaning supplies and notify supervisors of replenishment needs.
  • Adhere strictly to all safety protocols, infection control guidelines, and facility policies.
  • Report any maintenance issues, safety hazards, or equipment malfunctions to the appropriate personnel promptly.
  • Assist with laundry services as needed, including washing, drying, folding, and distributing linens.
  • Work collaboratively with other staff members to ensure a cohesive and supportive work environment.
