Job Description

As a Contracts Manager, you will take ownership of the entire contract lifecycle, from initial drafting and negotiation to execution, administration, and renewal or termination. This encompasses a broad spectrum of agreements, including vendor contracts, client agreements, non-disclosure agreements, and service level agreements, across various departments within our dynamic organization.
Your daily work will involve close collaboration with internal stakeholders, including legal counsel, sales, procurement, and project management teams, to understand their contractual needs and provide expert guidance. Key Responsibilities
- Manage the full contract lifecycle, from drafting and negotiation to execution and termination.
- Draft, review, and negotiate a wide range of commercial agreements, including vendor, client, NDA, and service level agreements.
- Collaborate closely with internal stakeholders (legal, sales, procurement, project management) to align contractual terms with business objectives.
- Identify, assess, and mitigate contractual risks, providing proactive legal guidance.
- Lead complex negotiations with external parties, ensuring compliance with company policies and legal requirements.
- Develop, implement, and maintain standardized contract templates and robust contract management processes.
- Ensure accurate record-keeping and accessibility of all contractual documentation.
- Provide training and guidance to internal teams on contract policies, procedures, and compliance best practices.
- Monitor contract performance and ensure adherence to agreed-upon terms and conditions.
- Resolve contractual disputes and provide support in legal matters related to contracts.
