Key Responsibilities
- Process ticket sales accurately and efficiently using our dedicated ticketing system for various film screenings and events.
- Handle cash and electronic payments, ensuring precise reconciliation and adherence to financial procedures at the end of each shift.
- Provide comprehensive and up-to-date information about film schedules, event details, pricing, special promotions, and festival passes to patrons.
- Greet all guests with a warm, friendly, and professional demeanor, ensuring a positive first impression and exceptional customer experience.
- Address customer inquiries, resolve minor issues, and provide directions or assistance as needed with a helpful and patient approach.
- Maintain a clean, organised, and professional ticketing counter and waiting area, ensuring a welcoming environment.
- Assist with ushering and crowd management during peak periods, special events, and film premieres, as required.
- Collaborate effectively with other team members, including event coordinators, ushers, and management, to ensure smooth operational flow.
- Adhere strictly to all company policies and procedures regarding sales, cash handling, security, and customer service standards.
- Actively promote ZIFF's mission, upcoming events, and membership programs to engage the community and enhance festival participation.
