Key Responsibilities

  • Manage and cultivate strong, long-term relationships with clients in a remote capacity.
  • Act as the primary technical point of contact for assigned clients, understanding their business objectives and technical requirements.
  • Translate client needs into clear, actionable scopes for internal technical delivery teams (e.g., software development, cloud, data engineering).
  • Coordinate the successful execution of technical projects, ensuring timely delivery and adherence to quality standards.
  • Facilitate effective communication between clients and Slalom's technical experts, managing expectations and providing regular updates.
  • Identify opportunities for additional value creation and growth within existing client accounts.
  • Proactively identify and resolve technical and non-technical issues, escalating as necessary to ensure client satisfaction.
  • Participate in client meetings, presentations, and technical discussions via virtual collaboration tools.
  • Contribute to continuous improvement initiatives for client relationship management processes.

Required Skills

  • Proven experience in client relationship management, account management, or technical coordination roles.
  • Strong understanding of IT concepts, software development lifecycles, and modern technology solutions (e.g., cloud platforms, data analytics, CRM).
  • Exceptional verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to articulate complex technical information clearly to non-technical audiences.
  • Demonstrated problem-solving abilities and a proactive approach to issue resolution.
  • Excellent organizational and time management skills, capable of managing multiple priorities remotely.
