Key Responsibilities
- Set up, maintain, and dismantle buffet stations according to hotel standards and operational procedures.
- Monitor food levels and replenish items promptly to ensure continuous availability for guests.
- Ensure all buffet dishes are presented attractively, adhering to presentation guidelines and portion control.
- Maintain the cleanliness and hygiene of the buffet area, equipment, and serving utensils throughout service.
- Assist guests with inquiries regarding food items, ingredients, and potential allergens.
- Maintain appropriate food temperatures in accordance with health and safety regulations.
- Collaborate effectively with kitchen and service staff to ensure a seamless dining experience.
- Handle guest feedback and requests professionally and efficiently, escalating complex issues when necessary.
- Assist with other restaurant duties as assigned by the supervisor or restaurant manager.
