Job Description

Career.zycto is on the lookout for a dedicated and meticulous Project Assistant to support our project management team in Stratford, Prince Edward Island. Key Responsibilities

  • Provide administrative support to project managers and teams, including scheduling meetings, preparing agendas, and drafting minutes.
  • Assist in the creation and maintenance of project documentation, reports, and presentations.
  • Monitor project timelines and budgets, flagging potential issues to the project manager.
  • Coordinate resources, equipment, and information, ensuring their availability for project activities.
  • Facilitate communication between team members, stakeholders, and external vendors.
  • Assist with data entry, record keeping, and file management for all project-related materials.
  • Support the onboarding of new project team members and assist with training coordination.
  • Help prepare and distribute project status updates and progress reports.
  • Conduct basic research and gather information as required for project tasks.
  • Contribute to continuous improvement initiatives within the project management office.

Required Skills

  • Minimum 1 year of experience in an administrative or project support role.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook).
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • Strong organizational abilities and attention to detail.
  • Ability to manage multiple tasks and prioritize effectively.
  • Demonstrated ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  • High school diploma or equivalent.

Preferred Qualifications
