In this pivotal role, you will be responsible for developing, implementing, and managing successful pay-per-click advertising campaigns across various platforms for our diverse portfolio of clients. As our Remote PPC Manager, you will take ownership of the full PPC lifecycle, from initial strategy and keyword research to ad copy creation, bid management, and ongoing performance analysis. Key Responsibilities

  • Develop, implement, and manage comprehensive PPC strategies across Google Ads, Bing Ads, and social media platforms (Facebook, Instagram, LinkedIn).
  • Conduct in-depth keyword research, competitive analysis, and audience segmentation to identify high-value opportunities.
  • Create compelling and effective ad copy, headlines, and calls-to-action that align with client brand guidelines and campaign objectives.
  • Monitor, analyze, and optimize campaign performance daily, making data-driven adjustments to bids, budgets, targeting, and ad creatives.
  • Perform A/B testing on ad copy, landing pages, and campaign settings to continuously improve conversion rates and ROI.
  • Generate detailed weekly and monthly performance reports, providing clear insights, recommendations, and next steps to clients and internal teams.
  • Stay abreast of the latest PPC industry trends, platform updates, and best practices to ensure our strategies remain cutting-edge.
  • Collaborate with graphic designers and content creators to develop engaging ad creatives and optimized landing page experiences.
  • Manage client budgets effectively, ensuring optimal allocation and performance across all campaigns.
  • Communicate directly with clients to discuss strategy, performance, and future opportunities.

Required Skills

  • 3+ years of hands-on experience managing substantial PPC budgets and campaigns.
  • Expert-level proficiency in Google Ads (Search, Display, Shopping, YouTube) and Google Analytics.
  • Proven track record of optimizing campaigns for various KPIs (CPA, ROAS, CTR, Conversions).
  • Strong understanding of conversion tracking, tag management (Google Tag Manager), and attribution models.
  • Excellent analytical skills with the ability to interpret complex data and translate it into actionable strategies.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Excel or Google Sheets for data analysis and reporting.
  • Exceptional written and verbal communication skills, able to articulate complex concepts clearly to clients.
  • Self-motivated, highly organized, and capable of managing multiple projects and deadlines independently in a remote setting.

Preferred Qualifications

  • Google Ads Certifications (Search, Display, Shopping, Measurement).
  • Experience with other ad platforms such as Bing Ads, Facebook Ads Manager, LinkedIn Ads.
  • Familiarity with marketing automation tools and CRM systems.
  • Agency experience managing multiple client accounts simultaneously.
  • Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, Communications, or a related field.
