Key Responsibilities

  • Develop, schedule, and publish engaging content (text, image, video ideas) across various social media platforms (LinkedIn, Facebook, Instagram, X).
  • Monitor social media channels for trends, mentions, and opportunities for engagement.
  • Actively engage with our online community by responding to comments, messages, and inquiries in a timely and professional manner.
  • Assist in the planning, execution, and analysis of social media marketing campaigns.
  • Contribute to content strategy discussions and generate innovative ideas to enhance our online presence.
  • Track and report on social media performance metrics to identify areas for improvement and growth.
  • Collaborate with the marketing and content teams to ensure brand consistency and messaging across all digital touchpoints.
  • Stay up-to-date with the latest social media best practices, tools, and platform changes.

Required Skills

  • 1-2 years of proven experience in social media management or a similar digital marketing role.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills with a strong command of English grammar and style.
  • Proficiency with major social media platforms (LinkedIn, Facebook, Instagram, X) and their respective analytics.
  • Basic graphic design skills (e.g., Canva, Adobe Spark) for creating visually appealing social content.
  • Strong understanding of social media metrics and ability to interpret data.

  • Self-motivated, proactive, and capable of working effectively in a remote environment.
