Job Description

Your primary responsibilities will span across various aspects of Shopify store management, including product listing, order processing, customer communication, and basic inventory control. We are looking for someone who is not just proficient with the Shopify platform but also possesses a proactive approach to problem-solving and a keen eye for detail. You will be instrumental in ensuring product information is accurate, orders are fulfilled promptly, and customer inquiries are handled with professionalism and care. You will be responsible for upholding brand standards across multiple client accounts, ensuring consistency in product descriptions, imagery, and overall store presentation. Beyond routine tasks, you’ll have opportunities to contribute to process improvements, suggest efficiencies, and assist with light marketing support, such as scheduling promotions or updating blog content. Key Responsibilities

  • Manage product listings on Shopify, including adding new products, updating descriptions, images, and pricing.
  • Process and fulfill customer orders accurately and in a timely manner, coordinating with shipping partners as needed.
  • Respond to customer inquiries via email or chat, providing excellent service and resolving issues efficiently.
  • Monitor and update inventory levels across various Shopify stores to ensure accuracy.
  • Assist with basic content updates for store pages, blog posts, and marketing materials.
  • Generate basic sales and inventory reports from Shopify analytics.
  • Support marketing activities such as scheduling promotions, discount codes, or email newsletters.
  • Conduct quality assurance checks on website content and functionality.
  • Organize and maintain digital assets, including product images and videos.
  • Collaborate with internal teams to streamline e-commerce operations.
