Key Responsibilities
- Lead the planning and implementation of diverse projects, ensuring strict alignment with organisational goals and strategic objectives.
- Define comprehensive project scope, goals, and deliverables in close collaboration with senior management and key stakeholders.
- Develop detailed project plans, including realistic timelines, optimal resource allocation, and accurate budget forecasts.
- Manage project budgets with precision, meticulously tracking expenditure and ensuring all financial objectives are met.
- Coordinate internal resources and manage third parties/vendors effectively for the flawless execution of all project tasks.
- Monitor and track project progress, performance, and resource usage diligently, making proactive adjustments as necessary.
- Identify and proactively manage potential project risks, developing robust mitigation strategies to ensure successful outcomes.
- Facilitate effective and transparent communication with all project stakeholders, providing regular, detailed updates and reports.
- Ensure all projects are delivered consistently on-time, within defined scope, and strictly within budget parameters.
- Perform comprehensive risk management to anticipate and minimise project risks throughout the lifecycle.
- Create and meticulously maintain comprehensive project documentation, including status reports, project plans, and lessons learned.
- Manage changes to the project scope, project schedule, and project costs using appropriate verification techniques and change control processes.
Required Skills
- Proven working experience (minimum 4 years) as a Project Manager in a relevant industry.
- Solid organisational skills, including exceptional attention to detail and adept multitasking abilities.
- Strong working knowledge of industry-standard project management software (e.g., MS Project, Jira, Asana).
- Excellent client-facing and internal communication skills, capable of engaging diverse audiences.
- Outstanding written and verbal communication skills, including presentation abilities.
- Strong leadership and effective team management capabilities, inspiring and guiding project teams.
- Demonstrated ability to manage multiple complex projects simultaneously under pressure.

Preferred Qualifications
