Key Responsibilities
- Create, update, and manage product listings across various e-commerce platforms (e.g., Shopify, Amazon, eBay, custom platforms).
- Write compelling, SEO-friendly product descriptions and titles that highlight key features and benefits.
- Ensure accuracy and consistency of all product data, including specifications, pricing, inventory levels, and categorization.
- Source, optimize, and upload high-quality product images and videos, adhering to platform guidelines.
- Conduct competitive analysis and market research to identify trends and optimize listing performance.
- Monitor existing product listings for errors, outdated information, or opportunities for improvement.
- Collaborate with marketing, sales, and supply chain teams to gather product information and ensure alignment.
- Address and resolve any discrepancies or issues related to product data in a timely manner.
- Stay up-to-date with e-commerce best practices, platform changes, and industry trends.
- Maintain organized records of all product listing activities and updates.
Required Skills
