Key Responsibilities
- Lead engaging and informative tours through Downtown Kingston, highlighting key historical sites, cultural landmarks, and local points of interest.
- Share compelling stories and factual information about Kingston's history, culture, art, music, and local lifestyle in an accessible and entertaining manner.
- Ensure the safety and well-being of all tour participants, adhering to all company guidelines and local regulations.
- Manage tour logistics efficiently, including starting and ending on time, navigating routes, and coordinating with local vendors or partners when necessary.
- Provide exceptional customer service, answering questions, addressing concerns, and fostering a positive and inclusive atmosphere for all guests.
- Adapt tour content and pace to suit the group's interests, demographics, and physical abilities.

Required Skills
- Proven experience in guiding tours or public speaking, ideally within the travel and tourism sector.
- Deep knowledge of Kingston's history, culture, landmarks, and local anecdotes.
- Exceptional verbal communication and storytelling abilities in English.
- Strong interpersonal skills with the ability to engage and build rapport with diverse groups of people.
- Excellent organizational and time management skills.
- Ability to work independently and adapt to various situations and group dynamics.
- First Aid/CPR certification (or willingness to obtain).
- Punctuality and reliability.
Preferred Qualifications
