Key Responsibilities
- Warmly welcome all clients and visitors entering the branch with a friendly and professional demeanor.
- Act as the primary point of contact for initial client inquiries, providing clear and concise information.
- Efficiently direct clients to the correct service counters, banking advisors, or self-service channels.
- Manage client queues and waiting areas to ensure an orderly and pleasant environment.
- Proactively identify clients who may need special assistance or have urgent requirements.
- Maintain a comprehensive understanding of basic bank services and procedures to answer common questions.
- Assist clients with basic digital banking inquiries, guiding them through mobile app or ATM usage.
- Provide information on current promotions and services available at Millennium bim.
- Contribute to a positive team environment by supporting colleagues and upholding company values.
- Observe and report any unusual activities or security concerns to branch management.
Required Skills
- Exceptional interpersonal and communication skills (verbal and non-verbal).
- Proficiency in Portuguese (written and spoken) is mandatory.
