Job Description

Career.zycto is actively seeking a highly organized and proactive Remote Recruiter Assistant to join our dynamic and expanding talent acquisition team. As a Remote Recruiter Assistant, you will play a crucial role in supporting our recruiters throughout the entire hiring lifecycle, ensuring a seamless and positive experience for both candidates and hiring managers. You will be instrumental in optimizing our recruitment processes, from initial candidate sourcing and screening to scheduling interviews and managing our applicant tracking system (ATS). Key Responsibilities

  • Assist recruiters with candidate sourcing using various platforms, including LinkedIn Recruiter, job boards, and internal databases.
  • Conduct initial resume screens to identify qualified candidates based on job requirements.
  • Schedule interviews, manage calendars for recruiters and candidates, and send interview confirmations and reminders.
  • Maintain and update the Applicant Tracking System (ATS) with accurate candidate information and progress.
  • Draft and post compelling job descriptions on various job boards and social media channels.
  • Communicate professionally with candidates, providing updates and ensuring a positive candidate experience.
  • Support onboarding processes by preparing documentation and coordinating with relevant departments.
  • Generate recruitment reports and assist with data analysis to optimize hiring strategies.
  • Perform general administrative duties as needed to support the recruitment team.

Required Skills

  • Proven experience with Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS), preferably Greenhouse, Workday, or similar.
  • Exceptional organizational and time management skills, with the ability to prioritize tasks effectively in a remote setting.
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills, with a professional and friendly demeanor.
  • Proficiency in Google Workspace (Gmail, Calendar, Docs, Sheets) or Microsoft Office Suite.
  • High attention to detail and accuracy in all tasks.
  • Ability to work independently and collaboratively within a virtual team environment.
  • Problem-solving aptitude and a proactive approach to challenges.

Preferred Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
  • 1-2 years of experience in a recruiting support or administrative role, preferably in a remote capacity.
  • Familiarity with recruitment marketing and social media sourcing strategies.
  • Experience working with diverse candidate pools and a commitment to inclusive hiring practices.
