Key Responsibilities
- Greet all customers with a warm, friendly, and professional demeanor, ensuring a positive first impression.
- Provide accurate and up-to-date information regarding store layouts, product locations, promotions, and available services.
- Assist customers with general inquiries, direct them to specific departments or staff members, and offer solutions to their queries.
- Handle customer complaints or issues with empathy and efficiency, escalating complex matters to management when necessary.
- Maintain a thorough knowledge of all current store activities, events, and special offerings.
- Assist with basic administrative tasks, such as managing lost and found items, and processing customer feedback forms.
- Ensure the info desk area is clean, organized, and well-stocked with relevant promotional materials and information.
- Operate basic office equipment and computer systems for data entry and information retrieval.
- Collaborate effectively with other store departments and staff to ensure seamless customer service.
- Adhere to all company policies, procedures, and safety guidelines at all times.
Required Skills
- Excellent verbal communication skills in Portuguese and ideally local languages.
- Strong interpersonal skills with a natural ability to connect with people.

- Basic computer literacy (Microsoft Office, email, internet browsing).

Preferred Qualifications
- Completion of Secondary School (Ensino Secundário).

- Ability to speak multiple local languages (e.g., Sena, Nyungwe) in addition to Portuguese.
