Key Responsibilities
- Meticulously review and edit website content, product descriptions, marketing materials, and customer-generated content for accuracy, grammar, spelling, punctuation, and brand voice.
- Ensure all content adheres to established company style guides, brand guidelines, and regulatory compliance standards.
- Identify and flag inappropriate, misleading, or incorrect content, providing clear feedback for corrections.
- Collaborate with content creators, marketing specialists, and product teams to clarify content requirements and facilitate revisions.
- Maintain a consistent review process and track content status and revisions.
- Contribute to the ongoing refinement of content guidelines and quality control procedures.
- Assist in content audits to ensure outdated or irrelevant information is updated or removed.
- Provide constructive feedback to content creators to foster continuous improvement in content quality.
