Career.zycto is seeking a dedicated and experienced Workplace Relations Advisor to join our dynamic team in Pforzheim. Key Responsibilities
- Provide expert advice and guidance to managers and employees on workplace relations matters, including disciplinary procedures, grievances, performance management, and conflict resolution.
- Interpret and apply relevant labor laws, collective agreements, and company policies to ensure compliance and fair treatment.
- Develop, review, and implement HR policies and procedures to reflect current legislation and best practices.
- Conduct thorough investigations into workplace complaints, harassment claims, and other sensitive issues, ensuring impartiality and confidentiality.
- Facilitate mediation and negotiation processes to resolve disputes effectively and amicably.
- Collaborate with legal counsel on complex employment law cases and represent the company in labor court proceedings if necessary.
- Deliver training sessions to managers and staff on workplace relations topics, compliance, and ethical conduct.
- Monitor trends in workplace relations and recommend proactive strategies to enhance employee engagement and mitigate risks.
- Maintain accurate and confidential records of all employee relations cases and actions.
Required Skills
- Proven experience as a Workplace Relations Advisor or in a similar HR role with a focus on employee relations.
- In-depth knowledge of German labor law (Arbeitsrecht) and industrial relations practices.
- Exceptional communication, negotiation, and mediation skills.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities with a meticulous approach.
- Ability to handle sensitive and confidential information with discretion and integrity.
- Demonstrated ability to build strong, trust-based relationships across all levels of an organization.
- Fluency in German and English, both written and spoken.
Preferred Qualifications
