Career.zycto is seeking a highly skilled and experienced Industrial Relations Officer to join our dedicated team in Pforzheim. This critical role involves navigating the complex landscape of labor laws, collective bargaining agreements, and employee relations to ensure a fair, compliant, and productive work environment for our clients. The successful candidate will be instrumental in developing and implementing industrial relations strategies, fostering positive relationships between management and employees, and proactively resolving workplace disputes. You will act as a key advisor on all matters related to employment law, disciplinary procedures, grievances, and collective agreements, ensuring adherence to both national regulations and company policies. Key Responsibilities
- Develop, implement, and interpret industrial relations policies and procedures in line with national labor laws and collective bargaining agreements.
- Advise management and HR on employment law, disciplinary actions, grievances, dismissals, and other industrial relations matters.
- Represent the company in negotiations with trade unions or employee representatives on collective agreements, wages, and working conditions.
- Mediate and resolve workplace disputes, conflicts, and grievances efficiently and fairly.
- Conduct internal investigations into workplace complaints, ensuring impartiality and compliance with legal requirements.
- Monitor changes in labor legislation and advise on necessary adjustments to company policies and practices.
- Train and educate managers and employees on industrial relations best practices and legal compliance.
- Prepare reports and analyses on industrial relations trends, issues, and outcomes.
- Ensure compliance with all relevant health and safety regulations in the workplace.
Required Skills
- Proven expertise in German labor law and industrial relations practices.
- Strong negotiation, mediation, and conflict resolution skills.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills in German and English.
