This is an incredible opportunity for individuals passionate about the arts and live entertainment, who thrive in a fast-paced, collaborative environment where every day brings a new challenge and a chance to contribute to unforgettable experiences.

As a Stagehand, you will be a vital member of the production team, responsible for the crucial technical and logistical support that underpins every successful show. Your role will involve everything from the initial load-in and meticulous setup of stages, sets, lighting, and sound equipment, through to the seamless execution of scene changes during performances, and finally, the efficient strike and load-out once the final curtain falls. We are looking for someone who possesses a keen eye for detail, a strong commitment to safety, and the ability to work effectively under pressure. The work is dynamic and often demanding, requiring excellent physical stamina, manual dexterity, and the willingness to work irregular hours, including evenings, weekends, and holidays, as the nature of live events dictates. If you enjoy hands-on work, problem-solving on the fly, and the immense satisfaction of seeing a production come to life through your efforts, then this role is perfectly suited for you.

This position offers exposure to a wide variety of venues and event types, providing an unparalleled opportunity to broaden your technical skills and network within Bristol’s thriving entertainment industry. Career.zycto is committed to connecting you with roles that not only match your current expertise but also offer pathways for growth and development. Join us and become an essential part of the magic that happens behind the scenes, creating memorable moments for audiences across Bristol.
