Key Responsibilities

  • Consult with clients to understand their travel preferences, budget, and specific requirements.
  • Research, plan, and book travel arrangements including flights, accommodations, car rentals, cruises, and tours.
  • Develop customized travel itineraries that meet client needs and exceed expectations.
  • Provide expert advice on destinations, travel insurance, visa requirements, and local customs.
  • Process bookings, issue tickets, and handle payments accurately and efficiently.
  • Maintain comprehensive client records and manage multiple client accounts simultaneously.
  • Resolve travel-related issues, complaints, or changes promptly and professionally.
  • Stay updated on travel industry trends, new destinations, and supplier promotions.
  • Collaborate with suppliers and travel partners to secure the best rates and services.
  • Promote and sell travel packages and ancillary services.

Required Skills

  • Proven experience as a Travel Agent (minimum 1 year)
  • Excellent knowledge of travel software (e.g., GDS systems like Amadeus, Sabre, Galileo)
  • Strong understanding of international and domestic travel regulations
  • Exceptional customer service and communication skills
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team
  • Meticulous attention to detail and organizational skills
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook)
  • Sales-driven mindset with a passion for achieving targets

Preferred Qualifications
