Key Responsibilities
- Expertly manage complex and ever-changing executive diaries, scheduling meetings, appointments, and conferences across various time zones.
- Coordinate comprehensive national and international travel arrangements, including flights, accommodation, car hire, transfers, visas, and detailed itineraries.
- Act as a primary point of contact and gatekeeper for executives, screening calls, emails, and correspondence, and prioritizing as appropriate.
- Prepare meeting agendas, compile presentations, and gather necessary documents, ensuring executives are fully briefed for all engagements.
- Process expenses, manage invoices, and maintain accurate records for executive accounts and travel budgets.
- Organize and coordinate internal and external events, ensuring smooth execution from conception to completion.
- Anticipate executive needs and proactively address potential scheduling conflicts or travel disruptions.
- Maintain strict confidentiality regarding all business and personal matters.
- Undertake general administrative duties and ad-hoc projects as required to support the executive team.
