Key Responsibilities
- Oversee daily warehouse operations including receiving, storage, picking, packing, and dispatch.
- Coordinate and schedule all inbound and outbound deliveries, optimizing routes and carrier selection.
- Maintain accurate inventory records using a dedicated management system and conduct regular stock audits.
- Liaise effectively with suppliers, carriers, and internal departments to ensure timely and efficient movement of goods.
- Identify and implement process improvements to enhance efficiency, reduce costs, and improve service levels in logistics.
- Ensure compliance with all safety regulations and company policies within the warehouse and during delivery operations.
- Monitor and report on key performance indicators (KPIs) for logistics and warehousing.
- Troubleshoot and resolve any logistical issues, discrepancies, or delays promptly.
Required Skills
- Proven experience in warehouse management and logistics coordination.
- Proficiency in inventory management software and systems (e.g., ERP, WMS).
